Have you ever wonder what PrtScn (print screen) key on your Windows keyboard do?
It makes a printed copy of your desktop to clipboard.
Image Compressor empowers the PrtSc button with other options, such as capturing active window only,
any object on your screen, or any region you want to!
How To Capture The Right Object Using Print Screen
Normally, print screen button only takes all your desktop into the clipboard.
To select which part you want, simply follow this steps:
- Open Image Compressor
- Click on File -> Screen Capture

From the sub menu, select action you want.
Whether you want to capture entire desktop, active window, a single object or region (part) of your screen.

After choosing the action you want,
an information box will appear to tell you what to do next.
That is, to hit the print screen button.

Click OK, and Image Compressor will be minimized to system tray.
You are ready to capture.

Once the object already shows up on your screen hit Print Screen

The object will be captured, and ready for you to save in Image Compressor
